*Duration of mold cleaning depends on mold size, complexity of the pattern, tire compound and state of mold surface.
The unit consists of:
- power unit with control system;
- automatic unit for surface scanning of the removed from shaper-vulcanizer molds with laser light beam;
- system for laser emission transportation from power unit to scanner;
- set of cables and hoses;
- system for removing wastes (dust, smoke) formed in the cleaning process from working area.
The unit provides :
effective cleaning of molds of any sizes having patterns of any complexity and doesn’t damage mold surfaces.
