Basic model is designed for continuos coiling of cord plies and sealing ply in order to complete servicers for tire building machines of firm "Krupp".
The device includes:
- speed regulator;
- liner supplying and centering mechanism;
- liner positioning control block;
- rubber-coated cord coiling mechanism;
- electric and pneumatic equipment with control system and software.
We are ready to supply another embodiment of device in accordance with technical requirements of customer if main technical data are retained.
