The unit includes:
- 3 position machine with building, breaker and shaping drums,
- carcass and breaker-tread band transfer,
- breaker and textile layer servicer,
- carcass plies and side walls servicer,
- tread servicer,
- stitching device.
The unit provides:
- automatic carcass centering on the shaping drum,
- shaping (±1,0 mm) for accurate alignment of breaker-tread band and carcass.
