The unit includes:
- two position machine with breaker and shaping drums,
- breaker-tread band transfer,
- 4 plies breaker servicer,
- tread servicer,
- stitching device.
The unit provides:
- mechanized setting of carcass on the shaping drum and green tire unloading,
- automatic centering of carcass on the shaping drum,
- shaping ±1,5 mm accurate alignment of breaker-tread band and carcass.
