The unit includes:
- two position machine with breaker and shaping drum,
- breaker-tread band transfer,
- 4 plies breaker servicer,
- tread servicer,
- stitching device.
The unit provides:
- automatic carcass centering on the shaping drum,
- accurate alignment of breaker-tread band and carcass for shaping (±1,0 mm).
