The unit includes:
- two position machine with breaker and shaping drums,
- breaker-tread band transfer,
- breaker and textile ply servicer,
- tread servicer,
- stitching device.
The unit includes:
- minimum deviation from eccentricity breaker and forming drums (0,3 mm),
- automatic carcass accurate alignment of breaker-tread band and carcass for shaping (±1,0 mm).
