The unit includes:
- two position machine with breaker and shaping drums,
- carcass setting unit,
- breaker-tread band transfer,
- breaker and textile ply servicer,
- carcass plies and side walls servicer,
- tread servicer,
- stitching devices block.
The unit provides:
- precise building tires,
- semi-automatic mode of operation on the belt building drum,
- automatic mode of operation on the shaping drum,
- automatic setting of carcass and breaker-tread bands on the shaping drum,
- quick readjustment to another size of tire to be assembled.
