The unit provides:
making bead strips and inner liners for metal cord breaker edges isolation.
Rubber sheet cutting and following coiling of strips are realized simultaneously together with polyethylene liner.
The control system of the unit is performed on the basis of the controller of firm "Festo", electro-mechanical drives- on the basis of the frequency converters of firm "Mitsubishi".
