The line provides:
manufacturing carcasses plies for a full range of radial passenger and light truck tires.
The control system is performed on the basis of the controllers of firm "Festo". Control of asynchronous motors is accomplished by means of the converters of firm "Mitsubishi".
Use of devices for cord centering, sealing ply and liner allows to increase the precision of tire carcasses plies manufacturing.
