The unit for the lengthwise cutting rubberized cord, rolled in liner, to strips of width from 40 mm up to 200 mm (textile breaker ply) and rubberized textile material pre-cut under set angle and spliced together with the polyethylene liner, to strips of width from 40 mm up to 200 mm (bead strips) and their coiling on removable bobbins.

The unit provides:
- manufacturing breaker textile ply and bead strip for passenger and light truck radial tires;
- material cutting to strips of various width in accordance with customer requirement.
The control system of the unit is performed on the basis of the controller of firm "Festo", electro-mechanical drives-on the basis of the frequency converters of firm "Mitsubishi".
