The plant is placed near the roller conveyer, after the tread cutting device. Tread output in the form of measured pieces is still possible
The plant provides:
continuous operation due to 2 coiling devices.
Each of the devices provides:
- synchronization of uncoiling, coiling speeds and movement of tread along the roller conveyer by means of the analogue variable reluctance sensor and the analogue ultrasonic sensor;
- centering of tread and liner;
- length measuring of coiled tread and print of accompanying labels.
