The machines provide:
- semi-automatic splicing of flat-folded inner tubes blanks with adjustable pressure of clamping and splicing,
- blanks ends alignment precision in rubberized matrix up to 0.1mm.
The control system of the machine is performed on the basis of programmable controller of firm "Festo", that increases operation reliability and its stability, and also allows to refuse purchase of analogous imported equipment.
